I'm shopping from outside the UK, how do I work out my size?

See our clothing and shoe size conversion chart here. If you're still unsure, send an email to customerservice@windsorandwales.com and we can advise further.

 

Can I change an order after I have placed it?

We dispatch your order same day so if you would like to change your order, email us at customerservice@windsorandwales.com as soon as possible.

 

I need my order fast, can you get it to me any quicker?

If you need you order quicker than our delivery methods, send us an email to customerservice@windsorandwales.com and we'll quote you for Special Delivery Guaranteed for the UK and DHL for sending outside the UK.

 

Can I exchange an item?

Absolutely! Just complete the returns form with the size you would like to exchange for. Please ensure that any returned items are returned in their unused, resaleable condition.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently use PayPal for accepting payments and you can pay using most major credit and debits. Please note that you do not need to create a PayPal account in order to pay, simply select 'Continue as Guest'.

 

The item I want is out of stock!

If the item you are after is out of stock online, please send an email to customerservice@windsorandwales.com and we will check if the item is still available with any of our stockists.

 

What is the return policy?

We offer refunds or exchanges within 21 days. Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and be accompanied by your returns form and a copy of your original invoice.
